Our work is progressing on getting a resolution to the Littleton City Council to oppose Citizens United v. F.E.C.  Members of Occupy Littleton have been meeting with local members of  Public Citizen to combine their efforts on this issue.  While I was at the Colorado Democratic Party State Convention last weekend, I made some progress for us working with elected officials in the Littleton area.  One contact I made – the campaign manager for Sen. Linda Newell – said he was a member of the Sunshine Boys.  Although considered conservative, this may be an opportunity for us to get their support on the resolution.   We’ll see.
